Queue Management Audit Trail Report

The Queue Management Audit Trail Report presents the details of the CSQs and agents skills that were modified.



Fields

The report includes a table that displays the following information:

Description

Event Time

Time (in GMT) at which the CSQ or the agent skills were modified.

Modified By

Role and the name of the person, who modified the CSQ or the agent's skill.

Operation Type

Type of modification, Add, Remove, or Auto Remove.

Agent Name

Agent for whom the CSQ or the skills were modified.

CSQ

Name of the CSQ to which the agent was added or removed.

Skills

The skills that were added or removed. The skills can be of the respective CSQ or agent.

Details

Informs whether the agent was added, removed, or auto removed from the queue due to the modification of skills.
